Hope Rising Wellness Retreats
The goal of our wellness retreats is to provide more focused time for our healing. Like my philosophy of building self-compassion and community, the retreat model includes an overnight element.
Hope Rising Wellness Retreats are intimate groups of people, all focused on coming together, for strength, tools, and support.

that come into our lives. But I know we can create healing
and grow hope in the presence of loss.

Experiential learning and getting out in nature can be a powerful tool for our healing. That's why I launched Hope Rising Adventures!
I take small groups of people on adventures together. You get a chance to meet others facing similar struggles and challenge yourself a little. Leaning up against your comfort zone, or jumping right out of it altogether - Hope Rising Adventures is ready to help you experience life again!
